I started Wrench and Unwind to share the projects and passions that have been a big part of my life. I’ve been a professional mechanic for over 24 years, and while turning wrenches is what I do for a living, I also enjoy tackling car projects at home for fun.

This channel is my way of balancing the hard work of wrenching with the things that help me unwind — whether that’s filming new projects, testing out gear, going on a cruise, or just enjoying good food.
